Today (April 20th), the premiere of the comic opera by Donizetti titled "Don Pasquale" marks the beginning of the XXX Bydgoszcz Opera Festival.

I had the pleasure of participating in the preparations by playing the orchestral part at some music rehearsals, directing sessions, and choir practices. Interesting direction, great soloists, and the choir of Opera Nova.

The premiere performances are taking place today and tomorrow. More are scheduled for June.
